Creating duplicate accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is prohibited. plytime reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close duplicate accounts and to void any balances or bonuses associated with them.
In compliance with PAGCOR requirements and applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations, plytime requires all Players to complete identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals above specified thresholds. KYC documentation may include any valid Philippine government-issued identification card, proof of address, and, where applicable, source of funds documentation. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation will result in withdrawal restrictions.
Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials. You must not share your plytime login details with any third party. Any activity that occurs on your account — including any losses incurred — while your credentials have been shared with or compromised by a third party will be your sole responsibility. plytime accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). plytime does not accept deposits in foreign currencies or via cryptocurrency. plytime does not accept cash deposits. All payment methods must be registered in the Player's own name — third-party payments are strictly prohibited.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit wherever possible. Players must complete KYC verification before withdrawals are processed. plytime targets withdrawal processing within 5–30 minutes for GCash and PayMaya; bank transfers may take up to one business day. Processing times may be extended for accounts subject to security review or compliance checks.
Standard daily withdrawal limits apply and are disclosed in the Player's account settings. Enhanced withdrawal limits are available for verified VIP players. plytime reserves the right to request additional documentation for withdrawals that exceed risk thresholds, including requests for source of funds information consistent with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering requirements.
Note: plytime does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. Third-party service fees applied by payment providers (such as GCash transfer fees) are outside plytime's control and are borne by the Player.
All bonuses and promotional offers provided by plytime are subject to specific terms and conditions disclosed at the time of each offer. Where a bonus is accepted, the applicable wagering requirements, game restrictions, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps apply. Players should review individual bonus terms before accepting any offer.
Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds on plytime are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements must be met within the stated validity period. Failure to satisfy wagering requirements within the validity period will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
plytime actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim welcome offers, using betting patterns designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine gaming risk, exploiting errors or loopholes in bonus calculations, and collusion between Players. Where bonus abuse is detected, plytime reserves the right to void bonuses, recover bonus winnings, and permanently close the account.
plytime reserves the right to amend, suspend, or discontinue any promotion or bonus offer at any time. plytime will provide reasonable notice of material changes to ongoing promotions wherever practicable.
All games on the plytime platform — including slot machines, virtual games, and table games operated by certified software — use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently tested for fairness. Live casino games are operated by professional dealers in certified studio environments. Game outcomes are final once a round or hand is settled and cannot be reversed except in cases of technical malfunction.
In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or interruption to game play that affects the outcome of a game, plytime reserves the right to void the affected round and refund all bets placed during that round. plytime's liability in such cases is limited to the return of the bet amount and does not extend to any theoretical winnings. plytime shall not be liable to any Player for any indirect, special, incidental, punitive, or consequential losses, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity, arising from the use of or inability to use the plytime platform — even if plytime has been advised of the possibility of such losses.
Gambling Risk Acknowledgment: Gambling carries an inherent financial risk. By using plytime, you acknowledge that you may lose money and that plytime has no obligation to compensate you for losses incurred through normal gameplay. Do not gamble with money you cannot afford to lose.
plytime reserves the right to suspend or restrict a Player's account at any time, without prior notice, where plytime reasonably believes that the Player has violated these Terms, that the account may be subject to fraudulent activity, or that suspension is required to comply with applicable laws or PAGCOR requirements. During a suspension, the Player may not place bets, make deposits, or request withdrawals, but funds held in the wallet remain subject to verification before release.
plytime may permanently close a Player's account where: a serious or repeated breach of these Terms is found; fraud, collusion, or prohibited conduct is confirmed; the Player is found to be ineligible under Section 3; or where continued operation of the account poses a compliance risk. Where an account is closed due to Player fault, any balance remaining after satisfaction of any outstanding claims by plytime may be forfeited.
Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting plytime support. Upon closure, any remaining balance after settlement of any pending bets will be returned to the Player's verified payment method. Closure requests are processed within 5 business days.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles. The plytime platform operates under a license issued by PAGCOR, and the regulatory framework established by PAGCOR applies to all aspects of platform operation and Player relationships.
In the event of a dispute relating to these Terms or any aspect of the plytime platform, Players should first contact plytime's customer support team. plytime will make every reasonable effort to resolve disputes promptly and fairly. Unresolved disputes may be escalated to PAGCOR through its official complaints and dispute resolution processes.
Any legal proceedings relating to these Terms that cannot be resolved through the above mechanisms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
plytime reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to Players via email notification to the registered account address and/or a prominent notice on the plytime platform homepage. The amended Terms will take effect 14 days after notification, except where immediate amendment is required by law, regulatory direction, or to address a security concern — in which case changes take effect immediately upon publication.
Continued use of the plytime platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Players who do not agree with amended Terms may close their account prior to the effective date without penalty.
