The plytime platform is strictly intended for individuals aged 21 years and above, as mandated by PAGCOR's online gaming licensing requirements. plytime does not knowingly collect personal data from any person under the age of 21.
During account registration, plytime requires all Players to confirm their date of birth and to complete identity verification that establishes they meet the minimum age requirement. Any account found to have been registered by a person under 21 years of age will be immediately closed, all funds will be returned net of any amounts won through underage gambling, and the matter may be reported to relevant Philippine authorities.

plytime's primary operations and data storage are based in the Philippines.
